Shipping Protection

Insure your set in transit for $9.99.

Your grillz ship signature-required and tracked either way. Shipping Protection adds the thing that actually matters on a high-value package: full-value insurance while it is on its way to you.

What you get

• Your grill is insured for its full value in transit. Not the carrier's standard limit — the real value of what you paid for.
• If anything happens to it in the mail, we make it right. We file the claim, you don't chase FedEx. Where the piece can be repaired, we repair it. Where it can't, we remake it.
• Your package still arrives as a normal FedEx delivery. The label is purchased through our specialist jewelry shipping insurer, so the cover behind it is built for what we make.

What happens if you skip it

Your set ships on a standard FedEx label. Carriers apply strict payout limits on jewelry and precious metals, well below what most custom sets are worth — which in practice means an unprotected package is effectively uninsured. If it goes missing in transit we will help you open a case, but we cannot remake or refund the piece.

On a set worth thousands, this is the cheapest line on your order. We recommend it on every shipment.
