Custom Lab Diamond & Moissanite Grillz

Every set in this collection is cut, cast, and hand-set for one mouth — yours. We start from your own dental impression, build the frame in solid metal, and set each stone by hand. No pre-made shells, no brass, no "one size fits most." A custom grill should sit tight, sound right when you talk, and look the same in daylight as it does under a flash.

We build with lab-grown diamonds and moissanite because that's where the value is. Lab diamonds are chemically and optically identical to mined stones — same hardness, same fire, graded on the same scale — for a fraction of the cost. Moissanite throws even more light return than diamond and holds up to daily wear at 9.25 on the Mohs scale. Either way, you're wearing real stones in real metal, and you're putting the savings into a bigger set, cleaner clarity, or a heavier gauge instead of into a name on a receipt.

Every stone we set is VVS clarity or better. Each one is hand-matched for color and cut so a ten-tooth set reads as one solid sheet of light instead of a patchwork.

How it works

  1. Order your set — pick your teeth count, metal, and stone package.
  2. We ship you an impression kit — free, and it goes out the same day you order. A jeweler gets on FaceTime or Instagram video and walks you through the impression while you take it, so there is no guessing. Local to Houston? Skip the kit and book an appointment — we take the mold in person.
  3. We mail it back and go to work — CAD, cast, hand-set, polished, and QC'd in-house. Typical turnaround is 16–20 business days from the day your mold lands — roughly three to four calendar weeks.
  4. Your set ships insured, in a case, with a fitted tray and care instructions.
