What happens
We take the impression in person, check the bite, and go over metal, stone type and teeth count with the pieces in front of you.
Usually 30–45 minutes.
What to bring
Yourself and any reference photos. Payment plans can be set up in store — Affirm, Shop Pay, Afterpay and Synchrony.

Every other jeweler mails you a kit and a YouTube link, then hopes you got it right. We get on FaceTime or Instagram video and walk you through the impression while you take it. That is the whole reason we can guarantee the fit through the mail.

The mold kit is free, with a 2-day FedEx label already in it, and it goes out the same day you order. Orders placed before 2PM Houston time, Mon–Fri.

A jeweler gets on FaceTime or Instagram video and walks you through the impression while you take it. No guessing, no re-dos, no watching a tutorial on your own.

Send it back free
Return label is already in the box, about two days back to us. Every mold gets checked for accuracy before a single piece of gold is cut.

Built in about a week
Wax, cast, hand-set, polish, inspect — all on our own bench in Houston. Then we call to confirm your address and ship fully insured, signature required. Allow 12 days during tax season and holidays.
