Then the fit comes back wrong and it's your problem. That's the standard experience in this industry, and it's why so many people have a set sitting in a drawer.
We get on a live video call with you while you take your impression. Every order. Someone watches you load the tray, seat it and hold it — and tells you on the spot whether to send it or do it again. A bad mold gets caught in the two minutes it takes to redo it, not three weeks later when a finished set won't seat.
That call is why we can guarantee fit by mail. Not optimism — we were there.

College & NIL athletes
NIL changed who can buy a real set, and we've built for a lot of players since. If you're on a roster, tell us your schedule — we'll work the build and the mold call around camp, travel and game days instead of asking you to work around us.

Transparency
We tell you what you're actually buying
This industry runs on vague language. "Diamond" that isn't. "VVS" that was never graded. Stone sizes described in adjectives instead of millimeters. Most people find out what they really bought when they try to trade it in.

Most sets finish in 6–8 days. We still ask for 16–20.
The honest version: most orders come off the bench inside 6–8 days. We could put that in the header and let you assume it applies to you. Plenty of shops do.
We quote 16–20 business days from the day your molds arrive instead, because some sets genuinely need it — a full 12 on 12, a heavy stone count, an invisible setting, a mold that has to be redone. If yours is one of those, we'd rather have told you 20 and delivered in 8 than told you 8 and gone quiet on day 12.
That window doesn't move in December either. No seasonal surprises, because we don't quote a number we can't hold in our busiest month.

Most sets finish in 6–8 days. Allow up to 16–20 business days from the day your molds land. -
It ships insured
FedEx 2 Day, 2 Day AM or Standard Overnight. Canada available.

Shipping, insurance, and what happens if something goes wrong
Add Shipping Protection for $9.99 and your set is insured for full value in transit through IFS, our jewelry shipping insurer. If anything happens in the mail we repair it first, and remake it if repair isn't right. Without protection you get a standard FedEx label, which carries no jewelry cover — on a five-figure set, that's not a corner worth cutting.
We also ship FedEx Hold at Location if you'd rather collect it than have it sit on a porch. We confirm that with you before it goes out.
Payment
Paying for it
Pay in full, put 50% down and settle the balance before it ships, or set up a payment plan on larger orders. Third-party financing, lease-to-own and buy-now-pay-later are all available at checkout.
Worth knowing: financing limits vary by provider, and a decline from one doesn't mean a decline from all. If the first turns you down, go back and try another — or call us and we'll work it out.
Cancellation
Changing your mind
You can cancel any time before your molds reach us, less the $250 order fee covering your impression kit, its shipping both ways, and first materials. Once your molds arrive we start buying metal and stones cut for your mouth specifically — from that point the order is final.
We'd rather tell you that up front than bury it in a policy page.
