How It Works:
1. Secure Your Custom Project
To begin the custom jewelry process, a $1,000 design deposit is required. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your project, with all Custom orders start at $5,000, but final pricing varies based on materials, intricacy, and design size. Some high-end projects may exceed $20,000 or more, depending on the level of customization required..
2. Personalized Consultation
Once your deposit is received, our expert custom jeweler will contact you via Email or Phone Call within 2-3 business days to discuss your vision in detail. We take pride in a step-by-step consultation to ensure every aspect of your design is tailored to perfection.
3. Design & Refinement
Once we understand your vision, our expert design team will begin creating a detailed 3D digital rendering of your custom piece. The timeline for this process varies based on the complexity of the design and typically takes 2-6 weeks.
After the initial design is complete, we will send you a 3D preview via Email, Text, or Phone Call, including:
- Size specifications
- Carat weight
- Gram weight

Pricing breakdown based on factors such as diamond quality, gold karat, and gemstone selection
This step ensures that every detail aligns with your expectations before we move forward with production. If any modifications are needed, we will refine the design until you are completely satisfied.
4. Approval & Production
Upon approval of your custom design, our highly skilled bench jewelers begin production in-house. The process of crafting your one-of-a-kind piece takes approximately 4-6 weeks (if additional time is needed, we will notify you immediately). Each piece is created with master-level precision, ensuring that every detail exceeds expectations.
GIA Certified Diamonds & Stone Sourcing
At Vvsandbetter™, we provide GIA-certified diamonds for clients looking for independently graded stones of the highest quality. GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certifies only individual diamonds, not entire jewelry pieces, meaning that complete rings, pendants, or other finished items will not carry a GIA certification. Instead, each diamond is assessed individually for its cut, clarity, color, and carat weight.
To receive GIA certification, a diamond must meet specific size requirements—typically 0.15 carats or larger. Diamonds below this size are still professionally graded but are not eligible for individual GIA certification. If you are considering a GIA-certified stone, we can source a diamond that meets both your specifications and GIA's strict grading standards.
Beware of misleading claims—many jewelers will state that a diamond or piece is “GIA certified” when in reality, it has only been appraised by someone who attended a GIA course rather than graded directly by the institute. Always verify the authenticity of certification through official GIA reports.
