How a custom grillz order works

Every set from VVSANDBETTER™ is built from scratch for one mouth. Here is the whole process, start to finish.

1. Spec the set

Decide your teeth count, metal and stone package — or text 281-572-6159 and we will work it out with you first. Most people start with a bottom 6 or a top 6. What actually shows when you talk and smile is usually less than people expect, so send us a photo and we will tell you honestly what will be visible before you spend anything.

• Stones: natural diamond, lab-grown diamond or moissanite — all VVS clarity or better, D–F colorless
• Metals: solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, white or rose, or solid .925 sterling silver
• Finishes: plain, diamond-cut, dusted or high-polish; silver sets can be finished in rhodium white, yellow gold or rose gold plating

2. Your free mold kit ships same day

Order before 2 PM Houston time Monday to Friday and the impression kit goes out the same day. It contains six trays — three top, three bottom — two-part putty, instructions and return packaging.

A jeweler will get on FaceTime or Instagram video and walk you through the impression while you take it. Someone who has looked at thousands of these watches your tray seat, tells you when to pull, and checks the finished mold with you before you seal the envelope. It costs nothing. Local to Houston? Skip the kit. Book an appointment and we take the impression in person at 300 Sharpstown Center.

3. We build it

1. We pour and inspect your model. If the impression is not clean enough to work from, we call you and send another kit — we do not guess and hope.
2. The set is designed in CAD to your specific model, printed in wax on our own 3D wax printer, then cast in solid metal.
3. Every stone is hand-set, then the piece is polished and quality-checked in house.

Typical turnaround is 16–20 business days from the day your mold reaches our bench — roughly three to four calendar weeks. You will know the moment it lands and when it ships.

4. It arrives

Your set ships insured and signature-required, in a case, with a fitted tray and care instructions.

What is covered after that

For as long as you own the set, at no charge: guaranteed fit with free refits, free stone replacement, and free cleaning. No time limit and no expiry. Bring it to the shop or text us.
