2.3 Preparing for Molding

Read all instructions before starting your mold

3.1 Read all instructions before starting your mold

Mix one blue and one white putty for 15-20 seconds until fully blended.

  • Do not mix for longer than 30 seconds or putty will harden.
  • Insert the tray, bite down firmly for 3 minutes, and ensure it captures the gum line.

3.2 Shape & Place in Tray

Roll into a sausage shape and place evenly inside the tray.

3.3 Take the Impression

  • Insert the tray, bite down firmly for 3 minutes, and ensure it captures the gum line.
  • It helps to use a mirror for this step!

4.1 Remove & Check the Mold

Gently remove the mold and check for clear details.

4.2 Send for Approval

Take a clear photo and text it to 281-572-6159 with name & order number

4.3 Free Redo If Needed

If needed, we will send free replacement molds

5.1 Secure the Mold

Place the mold in Ziplock bag and include the packing slip.

5.2 Use Proper Packaging

Use new packaging (free supplies available at USPS, FedEx, and UPS).

5.3 Shipping Address & Tracking

  • After shipping, text us the tracking number to 281-572-6159
  • We will monitor your package and update you when it arrives.

6.1 Production Time

  • Once we receive your mold, production begins.
  • Expect 2-3 weeks for your custom grill to be handcrafted to perfection.

6.2 Quality Control & Final Touches

  • Each grill undergoes thorough inspection before shipping.
  • We ensure every detail meets our high standards.
  • We will track your package and update you on the process.

  • Once completed, we will provide your tracking number.

How to Get a Grill & Do Your Teeth Molds from Vvsandbetter™ – Official Instructions

Step 1: Purchase Your Grill

Select and purchase the grill you would like from Vvsandbetter™. We offer multiple payment options, including financing, payment plans, and full upfront payments. Choose the best option that fits your budget and secure your order today.

Step 2: Wait for Your Molding Kit

Once your order is confirmed, we will ship your teeth molding kit using FedEx 2-Day shipping. Your molds should arrive within 2-3 business days.

What’s Included in Your Kit:

✔️ 2 sets of molding putty (1 extra set in case you need a redo)
✔️ Mouth trays

Step 3: Prepare the Molding Putty

Take one blue putty and one white putty from the bag and place them in your hand.

Step 4: Mix the Putty

Quickly mix the two putties together for 15-20 seconds until the color becomes a solid blue. Do not take too long to mix, or the putty will harden and become unusable. The mixture should have a smooth, even consistency.

Step 5: Shape & Place in Tray

Roll the putty into a sausage shape and place it evenly inside the mouth tray, making sure it’s spread out properly.

Step 6: Take Your Impression

Open your mouth wide, insert the tray, and bite down firmly all the way.
Hold the tray in place for 3 full minutes without moving or talking.
Ensure the mold captures a clear and deep gum line (where your teeth meet your gums).

Step 7: Remove the Mold

Tilt the tray slightly up or down, then gently remove it from your mouth.

Step 8: Send a Picture for Approval

Take a clear photo of your mold and text it to 281-572-6159 with your full name and order number for approval.
Please wait for confirmation before shipping your mold back. We will review it and respond as fast as possible. If the mold is not good enough, we will ship you more molds for free so you can redo it correctly.

Step 9: Ship Your Mold

Once your mold is confirmed:
✔️ Place it back in the Ziplock bag for protection.
✔️ Include the original packing slip that came with your kit.
✔️ Use a new shipping package (do not send it back in the same package it arrived in). Free shipping materials are available at USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
